This is a beginner to intermediate reformer pilates class with a focus on healing lower back pain and encouraging good movement pattern.

Terms and Conditions

Any cancellation within 24hrs before class starts is considered late cancellation and there will be no refund. The cancellation policy applies to all classes, including but not limited to group class, private lesson, virtual class, virtual private lesson, held by Fitness Fun Group Pte Ltd.
